Accept Yourself and Be Yourself.

You must have heard many people saying that I wish that my body would have been like this, my look would have been like this, wish that my height would be so much, wish my hairs would be like him or wish my eyes would be like her eyes or wish I could write like him or Speak like him or can sing or dance like him or her etc. But have you ever thought what effect this 'wish' word has on your life and on your thinking? Perhaps you would never have thought. So let me tell you today how it affects you. You might be surprised to know that this feeling or habit of 'wish' is a feeling of being "incomplete" i.e. "half". You start feeling yourself incomplete.  Your thinking becomes negative and negative thinking creates problems at every turn in your life. Do you know what is the reason for this thinking after all. Actually, the main reason for this thinking is 'not able to accept our shortcomings'.  We do not understand one thing that there is no one perfect in this world. There is surely something shortage in everyone. Along with this, there is definitely some virtues in everyone. If you want people to appreciate your qualities too and value your qualities too, then it is important that you pat your back before people.  You value your qualities. You accept yourself, this whole world will accept you automatically. However you are, you are only one of your kind in this world. This is absolutely true, no one matches with any other person. Everyone's physical appearance is different. Everyone's thoughts are also different from one another.
                                               Apart from this, the second reason for this thinking is to judge yourself 'less' than others. When we begin to underestimate our abilities less than others' capabilities, then we start doubting our abilities and can not give their 100% to any work. You can get rid of this type of situation. To get rid of this situation, understand the tips given below and try to bring them down in your life.

  Before making any wrong perception about yourself, it is very important to know that whatever state or condition you are in, believe that you are perfect in yourself. That is, you are not less than anybody. You wake up your self-confidence and say to yourself, "I am complete. I have no defect of any kind". Just by saying this, you will start experiencing a very positive energy and your mind and heart will be completely filled with confidence.




2.You are very beautiful ......


Believe me, The main reason for disappointment in more than 70% of frustrated people is that they feel that their looks are not attractive and beautiful. But the truth is that every person is beautiful. When you do not consider yourself beautiful, then why will the world accept you as beautiful? Do not define the beauty of the person just by the shape-type of the nose, eyes, lips, etc. Everyone will seem beautiful if you see them with love. The biggest example of this is 'mother'. Do you ever think that the mother who gave birth to you is ugly? Surely never thought. So what is it that when you look at your mother, the type-size of eyes, ears, nose, lips etc. does not matter to you. And when it comes to yourself and others, you begin to see faults in these things.  Actually all the difference is of 'love'. If you love yourself and with every human being, then you will never see a single person in this world unattractive or ugly.



3.You can get anything and everything .......


 If you think positively, then when you see someone and say that 'I wish I would be like that'. So believe yourself you can become like him/her. You can get anything. The ultimate goal of being born as a human is to attain 'Divinity'. That is, there are thousands and millions of opportunities in front of you, along with the excuses are also in the number of thousands and millions. It depends on you that you choose to make excuses without any effort or by  taking advantage of every opportunity by  working hard and struggling with challenges, achieve your goals.



4.Change Yourself........

To overcome disappointments and negativity from your life it is very necessary to make changes in yourself. However, I will post soon after writing a detailed article on this topic. In short words, whatever you have been doing till now, Think about it and think  which of your habits and actions are bad and which are good. After this, start relinquish bad habits one by one and promote good habits. So that your personality can become pure from within.






5. Accept yourself .........


 If you have decided to make changes in your life, then 'accepting yourself' should be the first step in that direction. Before changing or discarding anything Accept yourself what you are. Even if you are a liar, a shirker, lazy, accept it in front of yourself, 'Yes, these are bitter truths of my life And I'll get rid of them '. Along with this, accept your own qualities and decide to increase them. Take special care of one thing that accepting is not meant to shout about your qualities and weaknesses in front of others. Rather, accept yourself in front of yourself and take a step towards improving  your life.
